Shipping

Bare Branding offers customers the ability to collect their purchases from our premises. If you wish to do this, then please select the Click and Collect* option during check out. We will contact you to confirm that your order is ready and to advise as to when we are open for collection. Our location and standard opening hours can be found here. Please do not visit our premises if you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19.

For all other orders we require you to add a shipping charge item to your basket before checkout (unless all the items in your basket include free shipping). Please select the shipping charge item appropriate to your order. For example, when ordering any print of a size greater than A3, the Large Print shipping charge item must be added. Where the appropriate shipping charge item has not been chosen, the order will either be cancelled or we will invite you to make a separate order for the missing shipping charge. Advice on shipping charges can be found on each product item page.

In first few weeks of operation, the shipping options for our shops will be limited to delivery within the UK. Please contact us if you are an international customer who wishes to make a purchase.

The shipping of larger items will always be done through our chosen courier. Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail.

Bare Branding is a small company so we may not always be able to process and dispatch an order immediately. If there is a delay to your order you will be notified. Please don’t expect next day delivery! Good things come to those who wait…

*We will soon be offering to pick up your order at Leith Market every Saturday from 10am to 4pm, once it is organised we will let you know how to choose this option.
