Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Bare Branding is committed to providing excellent customer service by delivering our customers a high quality product. We check all orders before dispatch, however, on occasion, defects may be missed or the product is damaged in transit.

In the case of a defect or damage, you must notify us via email or phone within seven calendar days of receiving your order. If we do not receive a claim within this time period Bare Branding will understand that the order has been accepted. By accepting the order, the customer acknowledges that Bare Branding has fully satisfied the specifications, terms, and conditions of the order.

Bare Branding is not responsible for any the following:

  • Errors made by the customer when selecting products, including order quantities.

  • Errors made by the customer when completing the delivery address details.

  • Damages to the product whether by negligence, misuse or alteration.

Unless there is a defect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Transit Damage

Please make sure to carefully inspect your order as soon as you receive it for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. Notify us immediately if you find any problems. We will require digital images of the damage to the packaging as well as the product itself. Please keep all packaging materials as our couriers may wish the items to be sent on to them in the original packaging for their inspection.

Product Defects

We are unlikely to require a customer to return a product that is shown to be defective. We do need to see digital images showing any issues or problems that are present. Once we have reviewed the images, we will inform the customer how we intend to proceed. In case of a defect, we reserve the right, at our discretion and within a reasonable period, to replace the product. On the rare occasion that we are not able to replace the item or repair the defect, the customer is entitled to either ask for a refund or to demand an appropriate reduction in the price paid.

In the case where a customer has supplied their own artwork with which to create a print product, Bare Branding will always review such artwork for common errors. We will inform the customer ahead of printing if any problems are identified. Please be aware that this service is provided by us as a courtesy for which the customer is not charged. We are not responsible for any artwork errors such as spelling and image editing mistakes.
