Why Giclee?

Giclee printing offers several benefits over other printing techniques:

  • the printers produce vibrant and detailed prints

  • the colour reproduction for original artwork is more accurate

  • the longevity of a giclee print far exceeds that with other print technologies

  • the papers come in a wide range of whiteness, weight and texture

  • it's perfect for small runs and print on demand pieces

  • giclee art is highly prized by art collectors and galleries

Our giclee printer uses lightfast, archival quality EPSON UltraChrome HDX pigment inks to give prints the deepest blacks and the most vivid colours.

Whether for fine art or photography, this 10-colour ink set produces highly accurate colours with the widest printable range.

If you are looking to transform your artwork from a mere poster to a high value, long-lasting print then giclee printing is the way forward.

We’re more than happy for you to call in to do test strip prints of your artwork - at no extra charge if you decide to then use us for your printing. We will also advise you as to which paper will bring the best out of your prints.

Clear sleeves and stiffeners can also be supplied and, if you’re posting your prints, our re-purposed correx boards can help make sure your art reaches its destination unscathed.

We also provide an artwork label service to help take the presentation of your art to another level. With your first significant fine art print order, we offer a free print run of paper or vinyl labels, including help with the design work.

An A3 print from Bare Branding, without packaging, typically costs £8 to buy. We have the ability to produce any print size up to a width of 44”. Please note that the minimum order for A3 and A4 sizes is two prints, however these need not be the same artwork.
